D2C Marketing Expert (Experience with Elite Wellness Brands) About Us: We are an innovative e-commerce startup in the wellness tech sector, dedicated to reducing barriers to alternative care through technology, science, and education. Our mission is to make holistic wellness solutions more accessible and understandable to everyone. After achieving initial success on Amazon, we're expanding our direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence to improve margins and scale our business. We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to help us move our inventory and establish a clear marketing direction.
The Role: Are you a senior marketing professional with a passion for wellness tech and a proven track record with elite wellness brands like AG1, Olipop, Therabody, Oura, or similar? We need your expertise to build and optimize our acquisition funnel, drive customer acquisition, and help us move over $150K in inventory.
This role offers flexibility in time commitment and the potential to transition into a long-term position with significant growth opportunities within our innovative startup.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Acquisition Funnel Development: Build and optimize the acquisition funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, etc.).Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand positioning.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational capabilities.Budget Management: Optimize marketing spend to achieve the best possible results within budget constraints. Qualifications: Experience: Preferred 5-7 years in marketing, specifically within the wellness tech industry or with elite wellness brands.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling acquisition funnels for D2C wellness brands.Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
