As a Day Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient production and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, products, and equipment. Perform general labor tasks such as packing, sorting, and labeling products. Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and disposing of waste. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the assembly and preparation of products for shipment. Monitor and report any damaged products or equipment to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required. Ability to lift-up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements.
