You can play a key part in shaping the future of a company's suite of generative AI tools for VFX, through the curation, development and deployment of multi-modal datasets for our ML models.
As a Data Engineer Intern you will assist the data team at various stages of projects supporting our ML pipeline, ranging from data sourcing, annotating, curating, and labeling to ensure successful deployment of large multi-modal datasets within the film media domain. In this role, you will partner closely with other Deep Learning Data Engineers, Scientists and our Applied Science, Engineering, and Film Innovation teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality audio/speech datasets that power next-generation AI models. The team is also responsible for data versioning, data DevOps, and persistent storage. Our work in automated visual translation is just the beginning, we're developing countless exciting products based on the application of our proprietary, cornerstone research.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, computer vision, or a related field 1+ years of experience preparing large datasets for deep learning and neural network models Experience with data collection, labeling, and cleaning using various tools Data labeling, annotation and curation for multimodal datasets Experience automating data preparation and data upload to software platforms like Encord. Experience with building ML pipelines to automate label or model predictions imports Experience with tools like Flyte, Airflow or Kubeflow Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree in Computer Science with focus in Machine Learning or Computer Vision 2+ years experience with Python, Pytorch or Tensorflow Experience building and deploying multimodal datasets for ML Pipelines
