Exclaimer's growing Marketing team is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to make a significant impact on thousands of businesses in the US. We are seeking a data-driven, revenue-centric Demand Generation Manager with experience in inbound and outbound marketing, including account-based marketing, to grow our US sales pipeline. Primarily seeking a self-starter, who is data-driven and can analyze marketing performance to ensure campaign success and works to continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI.
Working alongside our talented team at our US office and global marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing US, working together with the team to create and orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs that grow the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle. We will consider individuals operating at a manager and specialist level with all the specific experience required and now ready to move into a manager role.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize and scale regional demand generation and awareness strategies that meet top of funnel and pipeline targets.Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and execute account marketing plans that drive market growth for top-tier accounts.Deliver account research and analysis to drive demand gen strategies.Identify and understand key accounts and their business objectives. Able to market our business solutions to resolve the prospect's pain points or uncover untapped opportunities.Specify the operational strategies and resources that need to be in place to support US high-value account initiatives.Work closely with our Brand, Content, Events, and Product Marketing teams to ensure activity aligns with targets.Set measurable goals, track campaigns, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and ROI of marketing spend.Create US Sales feedback loops to improve pipeline conversion.Partner with the sales team to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment.Document processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to reference. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseThe role is well-suited for digitally conscious people who enjoy a mix of analyzing data, following current trends, creative campaign tasks and communicating with different stakeholders.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role with clear evidence of impact (ideally to be within a B2B tech or SaaS organization).Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Pardot.Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative, resourcefulness, and critical thinking.Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.Experience in sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.Budget management skills.Strong project management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently.Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity.
