Job Title: Director, Talent Data and Systems Reporting to: Executive Vice President, Talent (HR)

As the Director, Talent Data and Systems, you are responsible for Red Bull North America's (RBNA) approach and execution of all HR systems, analytics, and data integrity efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of data, delivery of HR services, and driving people-related decisions and strategies through data and systems.
