The Opportunity Description
We're looking for an Employee Coordinator - Remote, working in Financial Services industry in River Grove, Illinois, United States.

Support the administration of the leave of absences in accordance with company policies and compliance with federal and state laws. Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Audit leave records to ensure accuracy. Resolves payroll inquiries and ensures leave of absence components of employee pay is accurate. Enter paid time off into Workday and ensuring time is properly reflected in timekeeping systems. Partner with vendors and Payroll to ensure state disability and military leave offset processes are seamless. Ensure Workday status are accurate and worker's compensation time is entered appropriately. Maintain exception requests for manual checks with Payroll. Monitors family care leaves.
