As the advisory group expands, the Executive Design Director will play a key role in building out studio capabilities and resources, and may be involved in the global replication of these studios.

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, design management, project oversight, business development, and financial management. The role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in design, at least 15 years' of experience, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary design teams. Candidates for the Executive Design Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a portfolio that demonstrates a range of successful design projects. The role requires a leader with exceptional creative vision, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency in design software and tools. Experience in technology-focused companies and marketing services is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also have a background in project management and be adept at overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
