About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Non-Acute Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that manages and executes a strategy to bring on new non-acute healthcare Accreditation & Certification Organizations (A&COs). This role involves fostering strong client relationships to enhance the shared mission of patient safety and quality. The Executive Director will be in charge of a significant business portfolio and will be expected to travel within the East Region. Key responsibilities include establishing an annual business plan, driving growth in the non-acute healthcare market, and developing strategies to improve client engagement and loyalty. The role also requires the ability to leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for new solutions and to provide customer feedback for product and service enhancement.
Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of sales experience, with a preference for those with a background in the non-acute healthcare space. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is essential, along with a proven track record of driving organizational results and elevating customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, have a customer-centric mindset, and possess excellent communication skills. The role demands a strategic thinker who can outline and execute plans to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
