Welder/Fabricator 23.00-28.00 per hour!!!! Job Overview: Candidates will be serving as a welder in a shop setting on stainless steel. Candidate will be performing flux core and MIG welding on stainless steel. As a welder, employees are constantly performing various welding styles while working on steel. Welders will be working with manufacturing blueprints to complete work on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities: Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining aluminum/steel metals to specifications. Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately. Determining correct gas ratios for welding purposes. Diagnosing and troubleshooting as required. Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 plus years of experience in welding position 2 years of experience with Flux Core and MIG Welding Sound understanding of welding safety Willingness to be welding certified through company Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Ability to read a tape measure accurately Environment: 1st shift 8 hour shifts Welding Gear Steel toe boots, jeans/work pants Manufacturing Facility Benefits & Perks: Medical/Vision/Dental insurance Health Savings/Reimbursement 23.00-28.00 per hour Career advancement Promote within culture About Aerotek:
