Family Nurse Practitioner

Our health center is an easy commute from Farmville, South Hill, Colonial Heights, Richmond, or Chesterfield, in a beautiful "small town" setting. SDHS, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, serving over 12,000 patients annually throughout Southside Virginia. The FNP will join a team of two excellent, energetic physicians to lead the patient care team in the delivery of quality, patient-centered medical care.
