Plumber Qualifications / Skills: Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timelineWork with and train plumbers and helpers which may be assigned to youOversee each phase on -site to ensure the project moves smoothlyDocument material and equipment use, as well as any problems that ariseProduce regular status reports for upper managementConducts regular inspections of work in progress and on completionEstablishes safety and work performance standards for subordinatesExperience in running new construction plumbing projects from underground through trimProficient/Experienced reading plans and designing plumbing systemsUnderstanding, recognizing, and complying with OSHA safety regulationsPrepares material take-offs, layout appropriate systemsCoaches, mentors, and provides guidance to craft workers.Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers and operation of equipment and machineryEliminates construction and job site hazards and perform required safety observationsCoordinates placement and storage of materials, tools and supplies to support the construction planAttends required department meetings and company, or contractor training as requiredVerifies that delivered materials and equipment match approved submittalsIdentifies conflicts or need for clarification in contract documentsExhibits professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehiclesPerforms other duties as requiredClean driving record Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 401(k)Sick time (accrual)Vacation time (accrual)Weekly pay (direct deposit)Wage based on experience, but in the $28 - $35/hour rangeMonday - Friday, 8 hours/day work scheduleAdvancement opportunitiesCertification trainingEmployee referral bonus opportunityEmployee recognitionCompany Truck, iPad, fuel card

Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificateLegally authorized to work in the United States2+ years' experience as a Foreman plumber (preferred)Valid driver's licenseMust have own toolsMust have reliable transportation Call to Action:
