Job Description: Follow all client and department safety procedures Capture highest quality and expected quantity of photographs and photo sessions, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality standards and department goals are being met Understand basic photographic concepts of proper exposure, proper focus Provide assistance in sales locations Provide assistance with any photo operation related tasks, including but not limited to; equipment care & maintenance, photo back up and review Qualifications: 3-5 years experience as a photographer Strong communication skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally with our Community and Production teams Strong understanding of digital photography, lighting, and compositional skills Extremely organized and are able to maintain a high quality of work within a busy schedule Familiar with lighting techniques and the tools required to shoot flat as well as on mannequin and on model Handle a high-volume studio workflow and execute web, editorial and lifestyle imagery under tight deadlines Experience in a studio environment Work with our Web and PR teams and athletes/talent Highly skilled with Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom Experience with Canon camera equipment Highly skilled with Profoto lighting equipment Basic MS office skillsPandoLogic.
