Full Charge Bookkeeper

The Role:
A Real Estate company seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing their accounting department and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate is an independent, skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines and who can manage an accounting staff.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintaining General Ledger
Enter journal entries
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare month-end and annual financial statements
Prepare tax returns

Requirements:
QuickBooks Experience
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Bilingual in English and Spanish
