This is a full-time team lead role in our Boston Newbury retail store, reporting to the Store Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supervise daily operations and guest experience. Ensure store metrics align with core values. Support training, code of conduct, and policies.
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing proceduresAssisting customers through education and demonstrationsEmbodying brand and valuesHandling retail transactionsStocking products and helping with deliveriesMaintaining clean store appearanceCollaborating for a positive guest shopping experience WHO YOU ARE Requirements for this role:
