The Warehouse Specialist acts as the GFEBS Inventory Maintainer. The Warehouse Specialist is available on-site between 0700 - 1500 hours, Monday through Friday. The Warehouse Specialist Receives goods into the DPW warehouseCreates and updates inventory items in GFEBSEnsures accuracy of material cost transfers via GFEBS MIGO action to DMOs, PMOs, PWOs, and Receives service requests for DMOs, PMOs, PWOs, and OWOsProcesses and initiates DMOs and OWOs Demonstrated experience in GFEBS Spending Chain Processes, GFEBS Inventory Management and Inventory Control, and Warehouse Management at military installationsProficient in Microsoft Office and database managementThe Warehouse Specialist must have the following roles in GFEBS: Annual PlannerPlant Maintenance Master Data MaintainerMaterial Requirements Planning MaintainerOrder ApproverOrder MaintainerPermit ApproverPhysical Inventory MaintainerPreventive Maintenance ControllerPlant Maintenance ReporterWork Notification ProcessorPhysical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required.
