The ACC is searching for a qualified GRANT MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE consultant to conduct grant administration and provide construction project management services required for the ACC improvements and recovery efforts. The search for a qualified GRAND MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE consultant is being conducted by means of this Request of Proposal ("RFP") invitation to all qualified proposers.
