Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Mesa, AZ consulting client to recruit a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This organization is growing and this is a new role open due to opportunity with their current clients. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the organization's lead generation efforts, primarily working as a resource for clients' marketing, but also occasionally driving these efforts directly for the brand itself. You will manage a small team of digital experts, working across channels to develop and implement strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversion. A deep understanding of holistic marketing as a growth engine is required, with exposure to digital channels, branding best practices, and other offline marketing efforts. To be a fit, you should bring 4+ years of similar experience in a marketing role, with an understanding of holistic marketing and lead generation with a consumer audience. Deep knowledge of digital, including email, SEO, PPC, CRM and similar tools and functions, is required. Experience managing direct reports is highly preferred.

This is a permanent, hybrid role in the Mesa, AZ area, with three days a week in their office to collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners. Pay ranges from $110,000 annually to $120,000 annually, with some flexibility for the right fit.
