Job Description Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
Qualifications Excellent communication and organization skills required Strong guest service background A professional presentation Previous customer service experience required
