Job Description
We are seeking a Handyman Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary and requested work order inside commercial and residential buildings.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections and repairs throughout the buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
All non-licensed plumbing, basic electrical, painting, plaster, flooring, drywall and other repairs
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform other duties, as assigned
Respond to tenant complaints and complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
Touch up with paint all public areas as necessary
Complete basic renovations and painting in occupied and turnover units
Assist in correcting all violations as assigned
Communicate well with tenants, super and building manager

Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Communicative with a friendly approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, Commission
Salary: $8.00 to $12.00 /hour
Experience:
relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
Handyman: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:
English Spanish (Preferred)
