The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities Troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment. Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Maintain government and/or vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches & telephone sytems. Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the requirements listed A+ certification The Benefits Package Wyetech believes in generously supporting employees as they prepare for retirement. $17.14 - $65.26 an hour

Pay Range: $17.14 - $65.26 per hour*

Hourly pay rates listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
