Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.Experience in the automotive, tech, or mobility industries is a strong plus.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Analytical and data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
