The role demands a proactive approach to selling the company's services, particularly within the territories of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Illinois, and requires regular engagement with the estimation department to ensure alignment between sales and project capabilities.

Key responsibilities for the BDM/Head of Sales at the company include driving customer acquisition efforts, managing relationships with long-term partners, and actively selling the company's services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in winning new business, experience in securing long-term contracts, and a minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the metal bending or structural steel industry.
