Provide clerical and administrative support to President Office and Recruitment department for the purpose of supporting the business initiatives, enhancing performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Office System or related
• 2 years of experience as an assistant
• Effective people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Highly computer literate with capability in emails, MS Office and related business and communications tools
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions
