Human Resources Generalist

Provide services as Human Resources Generalist. Collaborate within the recruitment and selection area. Assist in orientations, training and performance evaluations of personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary measures. Responsible for human resources functions in areas such as employee relations, staffing, learning and development, employee and management counseling; including working closely with VP and managers to achieve strategic business objectives.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related area.
Knowledge in Labor Laws.
Knowledge in handling computers and programs, preferably Word and Excel.
Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
Skill in oral and written communication.
Ability to work diligently, proactively, dynamically, with initiative and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and extended hours.
Availability for immediate employment.
With previous experience in similar position.
