DescriptionWestern Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Human Resources and Marketing Specialist (1.0 FTE). The HR & Marketing Specialist provides administrative and creative support to the HR, Marketing, and Foundation departments. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHuman Resources Assists with recruiting efforts including creative posting jobs, sending assessments to candidates, and checking references Administers organizational wide department recognition program Maintains records of required licenses and certifications Assists with scheduling and maintaining records and equipment for CPR, NRP, ACLS, PALS, and similar programs Monitors the HR department e-mail inboxMarketing Assists with managing social media accounts for the organization including Facebook pages Assists with developing and designing flyers for both internal and external use Provides support for expos, fundraising, and other events including preparation through the closing of the eventFoundation Conducts grant research and assists in the application process Maintains donor and volunteer databases Assists with volunteer services including tracking hours and supporting events Demonstrates awareness, understanding and respect of cultural diversity and patients of all ages and socioeconomic groups Other duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONSWestern Wisconsin Health expects employees to understand and to incorporate the values of our organization in their day-to-day practice.
