Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on menu items and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and meet our quality standards. Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining areas, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Foster a family-friendly environment by being approachable and attentive to guests of all ages.
