Industrial Engineer

Descripción del Empleo:
Industrial Engineering Maximizes the Plant load to attain maximum capacity utilization and labor hours in closed coordination with planner/facility schedulers, manufacturing supervisors, engineering and other support groups.
Develops Long Range Capacity Plan reports and recommends alternatives to management.
Conducts capacity management meetings to discuss strategies to comply with the Pull and Level Load Plan
Generates and maintains standard production rate database in closed coordination with engineering to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilitate cost analysis assessment.
Prepares and maintains charts, graphs and diagrams illustrating work flow and cell capacity installed.
Designs plant layouts (measurements and study of available space) to provide maximum possible operating efficiency. Designs work stations considering ergonomic factors.
Requisitos:
Minimum Education Bachelor Degree Basic Qualifications Educational: Engineering

Experience:

Associate Level: 0 Years with Bachelors

Intermediate Level: 3+ Years with Bachelors or 0 Years with Masters or 3+ years as engineering technician in a manufacturing environment with bachelor.

Senior Level: 5+ Years with Bachelors or 3+ Years with Masters

Principal Level: 7+ Years with Bachelors or 5+ Years with Masters

Time on Engineering Internship accounts as is.
