Information Technology Intern

We are seeking a talented individual with an interest in IT to intern with our NY/NJ based IT team. The successful candidate will work on projects that will directly impact Quantifi's infrastructure and end users. Responsibilities: Working hands on with end users locally and located remotely Complete support tickets and small projects Shadowing IT Systems Engineers on complex issues Work with a plethora of technologies such as Windows OS, SQL Server, Azure, VMware Optimize Quantifi system for end-user specific performance Skills and Requirements: Working on undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other technical discipline Experience with Windows Operating systems, cloud computing, and networking Familiarity with Office tools such as Word and Excel Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root cause Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and under direction Excellent interpersonal skills What we offer: You will be working with a talented team of system engineers on challenging problems in an entrepreneurial, supportive and collaborative environment You will be in a firm that values employee development and will be provided with ample guidance, training and support You will be working on the latest technology in a firm that thrives on innovation
