Role Summary:
Works jointly with the Information Technology Department. Performs assigned processes and projects, and responsible for implement and follow-up. Ensures daily process capability and technical resources are available to meet production requisites. Contribute and work on Lean, EHS, Quality, Inventory and customer satisfaction strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work in a manufacturing environment to implement process controls in alignment with the GE Management System
Implement appropriate tools to effectively meet established work plan and goals
Establishes and maintains continuous communication with leaders to identify and solve technical issues that affect production output
Re-inforced the Help Desk use
Solve and distribute cases
Email notifications and promotions
Preparation of new assets for delivery
Write and create topics for the IT newsletter
Maintain and support workflows
Coordinate and schedule PR wide visits
Lead to improve service and quality
Prepares daily reports on production/materials to inform to assignment leader the progress of the assignment
Successful on the completion of assignment project task
Actively implement actions related to EHS, Lean, Service, Inventory and Quality
Performs other related duties as requested by the management
Qualifications/Requirements:
Undergraduate (sophomore, Junior) or Master’s Students
Strong academic performance (3.0/4.0 GPA and above)
