The Role: HYBE America is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated intern to join our Brands team. This intern will support the team with various administrative and creative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales initiatives. No prior experience in the entertainment industry is necessary, but a passion for music and marketing is essential. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities: Update artist one sheets and artist rosterDraft business focused posts to highlight recent activities and accomplishmentsCreate engaging newsletters for internal and external audiencesMaintain and update internal team spreadsheetsConduct industry news and brand prospecting to identify potential opportunitiesPull reports from reporting tools to support the team's research efforts Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, particularly Excel and Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with LinkedIn and other social media platformsBasic design skills for creating newsletters and one sheetsKnowledge of Canva is a plusMust be able to legally work within the United StatesAbility to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality Perks: Gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the music and entertainment industryWork alongside a creative and dynamic teamOpportunity to contribute to innovative projects and see your ideas implementedPotential for professional growth and development within the company How to Apply: Please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your interest in the role, and any relevant work samples or portfolios (attach all in one PDF).
