This is a dynamic position, front and center in all aspects of international business environment in the digital age, including and not limited to:
Responsible for full cycle of international sales process and direct engagement with international customers
Expand global network of distributors by qualifying and converting inquiries into accounts – learn and refine/adapt current strategy (challenges, success) as per target market
Integrate political/social/economic understanding as part of specialized client solution
Orchestrate new account setup including distributor contracts, foreign governmental and/or quality system requirements
Facilitate import/export processes by implementing customized SOP with customers, customs brokers and freight forwarders – leverage knowledge, research, existing templates
Educate customer on products & services and best practices on distributing in foreign markets and service programs adapt and refine existing best practices
Manage on/offline marketing campaigns to generate prospective customers. Learn existing 4p’s and make any necessary adjustments
Coordinate new product launch in foreign markets- Launch roadmap and checklist, (project timelines/milestones)
Manage proprietary CRM system by researching & developing active prospects
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow international distributors- experience in LATAM, EMEA. Emails, calls, WebEx, demos, trade shows

Basic .html, .ai, .psd & .pdf skills
