Job Description
Sales professional knowledgeable in Consulting Industry, standard IT applications and products, IT Trends and cloud technology. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customer`s needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Manages sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Creates and participates of marketing campaigns, assist with pre-sales, sales and follow-up of new clients. Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Ability to effectively supervise, motivate and achieve sales team quotas and numbers
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five to eight years’ experience capacity in same or similar position.
• The role is office based and travel to client’s premises
• Creating and implementing sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analyzing sales data
• Organizing sales visits
• Work requires periodic travel
• Effectively prepare proposals and quotations
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proficient multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Knowledgeable of SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
and the roles that make up the work teams
Responsibilities:
Determines sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
Evaluating and selecting sales talent based on company needs
Mastering technical features of products and services being sold
Identity and establish new business including account management
Demonstrable experience of sales and marketing, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of market with ability to identify new business opportunities
Must be self-directed and work to achieve objectives with little oversight, but also must be a team player that can communicate and collaborate to achieve company and project goals.
