IT Senior Specialist/ Dynamic Form Developer & Help Desk

The Dynamic Forms Developer is responsible to develop new electronic forms requested by different Business Units. Also works with the conversion of forms developed in previous/ old technology. As part of the process is also responsible for gathering the specifics requirements, develop the forms and configure connectivity with Microsoft SQL local Database to automatized customer data entry, improving accuracy and efficiency.

Is also provides day to day oversight and support for IT Service related activities that includes resolving technology issues, delivery of services, interfacing with desk side support and looking for improvement opportunities while ensuring seamless delivery of quality IT services to all TCPR business units. This individuals delivers basic to complex technical support to his/her customers.
Requisitos:
2 Year College Degree - Associate (Preferred BA or BS)
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience (similar field)
Solid communications and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
Technical Skills combined with and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Knowledge in the following areas: Windows 7, Windows server infrastructure, Active directory user authentication, Microsoft Environment, Microsoft SQL database, Microsoft SharePoint, VPN security, Networking
Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4, Microsoft SQL Database ODBC connectivity, JavaScript Programming, HTML Programming and Design skills
SharePoint costumizations with understanding of Relational Databases
Design skills
Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud. PCs architecture and network. And basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL query and Power Shell.
Project Management preferred.
