Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for the ongoing calls and customer assistance for payroll software and hardware technology that is used to deliver and support services. Provides assistance to the applicable business client base, regarding product problems determining the most effective way to resolve application issues for our clients. Diagnoses and resolves functional and technical related product problems for the clients. Must possess thorough understanding and background in the utilization of Internet based software and/or utilities including but not limited to Java, Internet Explorer, Desktop Streaming, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and resolve client issues.

Receives client calls to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.

Proactively identifying potential issues.

Maintains hardware and software;

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requisitos:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Up to 1 year customer service support software application

Bachelor's Degree with a Major Area of Concentration in Computer Science

Customer/Client Focus.

Decision Making.

Initiative.

Problem Solving/Analysis.

Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to prioritize tasks/schedules

Analytical problem solving skills

Proven ability to manage time

Ability to work under pressure of time constraints

Excellent oral and written communications and phone skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Technical experience and ability such as programming,

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
