is seeking highly motivated Lead A&P Mechanics to join our growing team in Mesa, Arizona. These high-profile positions offer premium rates, and you???ll play a key role in supporting the daily maintenance operations of our customers. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with Station Managers, Lead Technicians, flight crews, and Aircraft Maintenance Controllers. Maintain aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies. Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines. Ensure quality and integrity in all maintenance activities. Work with various aircraft models: B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, E-145/170/175. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications. A&P experience with turbine-powered aircraft (preferred). Proficient in reading aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Must pass background checks, drug & alcohol tests, and obtain customs clearance. Rate of Pay & Benefits: Pay based on experience with annual raises.
