We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to expand our client's HCP experience to their native iOS and Android apps. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the app experience, ensuring seamless switches between consumer and HCP experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead the product strategy, planning, development, and launch of the HCP experience on mobile app.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the experience is user-friendly and efficient for use by healthcare professionals.Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features on time.Conduct market research and engage with healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback to inform product decisions.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product.Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.Oversee the beta testing phase, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve the product.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.Qualifications5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong portfolio of launched products.Experience launching iOS / Android mobile apps.Experience in the healthcare-tech or pharma-tech industry is preferred but not mandatory.Demonstrated leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insights and strategic mindset to inform product decisions.Experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with ease.BenefitsBe a part of the team that works for the most influential global brands.Many opportunities to create industry-defining services using the latest technologies available.Responsible position – you are not "one of the many".
