Lead Qa Analyst

Our client headquartered in Columbus is looking for a remote Lead QA Analyst . The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Be a champion of QA best practices, promoting them to the whole team
Work together with the Engineering Manager and Project Manager to ensure quality and timely progress of development
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to discuss and define requirements and acceptance criteria
Perform hands-on testing across platforms
Contribute to robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions for functional, regression and performance testing
Develop and execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and shorten the test cycle through automation
Qualifications:
6+ years of QA experience
Experience in managing and reporting defects using JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Knowledge of QA Automation with tools like Ruby, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Experience writing, managing, and executing end-to-end test plans and test cases
Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures
Deep knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility testing methodologies
Effective verbal and written communication skills
