Requirements Graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program Valid nursing license in the practicing state Current CPR certification Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting Responsibilities Provide professional nursing services under the direction of a RN Utilize a holistic approach in the provision of therapeutic interventions, teaching and training activities Confer with the RN Supervisor regarding changes in the Plan of Treatment Maintain contact with patients, physicians, and clinical team regarding patient/family needs and status changes Prepare, submit and maintain documentation as required
