Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Make rounds to observeresidents and nursing care Review and integratethe Nursing Care Plan to reflect physical emotional, restorative,rehabilitative, teaching, and goals with the medical care prescribed Provide propertranscription and execution of physical orders Utilize thecapabilities of staff members to provide quality resident care Order medication andsupplies for the nursing unit and residents Control the countingand recording of medications Maintain proper andaccurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records Cooperate andcommunicate with inter-departmental and facility personnel to nursing servicesare being adequately maintained Meet with othernursing personnel to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/orimprovement of services Remain prepared to doany services or assignments within the scope of practice of an LPN Provide direct patientcare when needed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements Valid NYS LPN license Exceptional communication, customer service, andinterpersonal skills COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Previous experience inlong-term care Previous experiencewith Point Click Care What We Offer Competitive pay scale $5,000 sign-on bonus Generous employee referral bonus Medical and dental coverage 401k Paid time off CEU eligible training programs Ongoing leadership and professional development training Dedicated and local leadership support
