Position Summary: The Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech account set-up and aging report, generating various billing claims, and validating Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) compliance. This unique position will utilize not only accounting skills but also strong customer relationship management skills.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units Manage accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy Generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing Prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity Respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers File Maintenance and uploading documents into external portals Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High School Diploma and 1+ years of accounting/finance or related experience Intermediate Microsoft Office computer skills and understanding of information systems concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively perform under a heavy-volume, time-constraints environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Physical Demands and Work Environment:
