About the Role The Company is seeking an M&A Tax Consultant to join their dynamic Tax Advisory team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, divestiture, and strategic planning. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm's Tax practice leader and M&A Tax leader, providing significant exposure to the industry. Responsibilities for the M&A Tax Consultant include analyzing financial data to assess tax exposures, engaging in discussions with clients and external advisors, and supporting tax planning efforts. The role also involves post-transaction integration and contributing to ownership change and limitation analyses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate and/or Big-4 public accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis, M&A practices, and a practical knowledge of U.S. federal and/or state and local tax laws.
