Machine Shop Supervisor

Descripción del Empleo:
Supervises the daily activities and job performance of all Machine Shop personnel.
2. Utilizes computer system to design new or replacement parts.
3. Maintains adequate “tooling inventories”.
4. Coordinates with the CSR on the status of new work orders for the fabrication or repair of parts for manufacturing equipment.
5. Makes recommendations and provides justifications for new equipment purchases.
6. Maintains adequate cost records regarding personnel, overtime, supplies and tools to ensure compliance with the monthly budget.
7. Complies with all FDA policies and regulations for the tobacco industry.
8. Keeps the working area clean and organized.
9. Complies with safety and security regulations.
10. Meets each of the Environmental Policy and Company Commitment requirements and thus promote the preservation of the environment and natural resources
Requisitos:
Technical certificate from college or technical school; Five (5) years related experience.
