Our Maintenance/Service Technicians are a vital part of our communities, ensuring the readiness of our apartment homes for rent and seeing that everything is working and looking it's best at all times. Following is an example of the types of duties our Service Teams oversee:
Ensuring our apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.Handles resident work orders and requests on timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction.Cleans pool skimmers and vacuums pool and spa.Performs inspection of light fixtures throughout property.Stocks and restocks light inventory.Maintains accurate records regarding preventive maintenance.Assists in apartment check-in and check-out inspectionsMaintains the exterior of the property at all timesKeeps parking areas clean and stripes freshly painted at all times.Ensures the MSDS's are updated at all times.Electrical and plumbing (including water line); A/C and heating systems; Appliances (when applicable); Water irrigation systems.Regularly inspects and makes necessary repairs to stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings.Repairs of Tile, carpet, flooring; Roofing, gutters, fasteners; Interior/exterior lights; Fireplaces, ceiling fans; Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable); Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.Boiler, gas and electric.Door locks, re-keying, P.O. boxes and locks.Security systems (where applicable).Ceiling leaks.Walls, including painting.General carpentry.Foundations/Sidewalks/Concrete.Participates in monthly safety training.
