Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Learning to join our team at the Parsippany - 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Job Summary

Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Parsippany, New Jersey. Identify and assess learning needs, customize, coordinate, design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development programs, including but not limited to Leadership Development, Presentation skills, Performance management and New Hire Onboarding in a variety of format/modalities, as well as support the overall Organizational Capability strategy to help create the conditions and platforms which enable continuous learning, reflection and exchange. Build and maintain the relationships necessary to market our programs and services. Identify and leverage expertise within our organization. Create learning and sharing communities and support those that already exist and find best way to impart their knowledge through these communities. Participate in various L&D/HR projects, serving either as a project leader, project team member or Subject Matter Expert. Support individual team members on their professional development in creating development plans, conducting a 360, and career development. Manage/assist in managing mentorship and other coaching programs. Act as the key point-of-contact to selected vendors and the services they provide. Participate in working with L&D team to schedule, market, and coordinate programs and participants, and manage evaluations.

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an occupation which includes required experience/skills. Experience must include: 2 years of experience in learning and organizational development, which includes exposure and experience with instructional design, content development and delivery, workshop facilitation, change management as well as navigating a matrixed organizational structure, including influencing various levels of management; Certification in Emergenetics, Vital Smarts, Myers Briggs, and in Coaching; 2 years of experience in a Learning Management System, such as Success Factors; 2 years of experience in using video conferencing on-line learning platforms, WebEx and SKYPE for Business; 2 years of experience with initiatives or programs to promote diversity and inclusion; 2 years of experience with multiple learning solutions (i.e. instructor led, digital, and blended learning); 2 years of experience supporting from a Learning and Development perspective the Latin American Region; 2 years of experience in a customer service field; and Fluency in written and spoken Spanish in order to be able to develop, facilitate to Latin America region.
