Job Description
Responsible for implementing Preventive Maintenance Program
To keep a high standard of housekeeping and ensures that unplanned downtime does not occur
Ensures safety procedures and safety equipment are maintained
Participates in purchasing process for maintenance equipment & tooling
Enforce Lock-Out / Tag-Out procedures
Responsible to keep well trained Maintenance Personnel
Responsible to enforce the best practices of Single Minute Exchange Die (SMED)
Ensures that the Environmental, Safety Food policies and followed and maintained
Ensures GMP’s procedures are followed and maintained
Coordinates compliance activities with required regulatory standards (such as SQF, BRC, FSSC, customer-specific regulatory requirements, etc.)
Provides recommendations for capital and continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements

Industrial Mechanic Degree and/or equivalent
5 years’ experience in Industrial Mechanic field
Experience on PLC’s system, Pneumatic and Hydraulic, Blow Molding
Exceptional leadership and proven team building skills
Excellent analytical thinking and innovate problem solving skills
The ability to multi-task, prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office Proficiency; SAP Knowledge preferred
