Overview:
Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional masters-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician! This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to build their assessment skills while working toward becoming a BCBA. For over 20 years, Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children, teens, and adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life. As a Managing Technician at AST, youll not only have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, but youll also be part of LEARN Behaviorala collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast. LEARN employs over 500 BCBAs and offers services in 18 states, and our average clinical leader has been with the organization for 10 years.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of a BCBAAccrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBAOversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clientsDevelop client goals and clinical programsSupport parent training and educationWrite progress reports and conduct regular team meetings
Qualifications:
Masters degreeMinimum one year experience working with children with autismBCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certificationExtensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysisDemonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist positionDemonstrated ability to train othersStrong communication and writing skillsBCaBA preferred, not requiredBilingual skills highly preferred, not requiredIn addition to a competitive salary, AST also offers the following benefits to their employees:

$26.13 - $33.00 / hour
