We are seeking an data-driven, AI Curious/Obsessed Market Development Manager to drive brand growth and qualified lead generation for five distinct business lines across unique markets for the Visconti Group, parent company to PeopleLift.

This role will focus on building and expanding brand presence, enhancing sales opportunities, and identifying signals to capture and engage qualified B2B and B2C prospects.
You will work closely with five division leaders to increase market traction, utilizing your expertise in social media, digital marketing, data analytics, and in-person engagement across U.S. and potential international markets.
Key Responsibilities: Market Development & Lead Generation Develop and implement strategic plans to expand multi phased brand awareness and capture market-qualified leads for each business line via all available tools Leverage prospecting data to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities in diverse B2B markets.
Execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns, including prospecting, nurturing, and tracking conversions to optimize sales pipelines.
Brand Growth & Positioning Partner with each division to define and promote unique value propositions, refining brand messaging across digital and in-person channels.
Track brand perception and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in each market.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy Design and implement cross-platform social media campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
Curate, Manage and Deploy paid advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific sites, aligning ads with market signals and qualified lead criteria.
Monitor and evaluate performance to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates.
Market Research & Analysis Analyze data to identify trends, behaviors, and signals that indicate market interest and sales potential.
Clean, validate, and maintain data sources for accurate, real-time insights into customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
Present findings to leadership to support data-driven decisions and optimize marketing investments.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with divisional leaders, sales teams, and other departments to align on market strategies and measure outcomes.
Report on KPIs, campaign performance, and the quality of leads generated, refining strategies based on results.
Channels & Tools: **Digital:** LinkedIn, Meta(sales navigator and business manager), email marketing(multiple CRM's by brand), CRM systems, industry forums, and analytics platforms **In-person:** Trade shows, conferences, networking events, and direct client meetings as needed.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel to U.S.-based events and trade shows, with potential international travel to support market expansion efforts and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications: - 2-5+ years in B2B marketing, market development, or a related field, with proven results in lead generation (cold and warm) and brand growth for B2B brands - Strong knowledge of social media marketing, advertising, data analysis, and market research in the U.S. market - Proficient in CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - bi lingual is not required but is preferred(Spanish and English) - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to employ AI products, services and offerings to further expand the functiion/upside for Visconti Group - Curious enough to pushback against conventions and challenge assumptions What We Offer: - This is a 6 month contract to hire role based in San Juan Puerto Rico.
