A growing family-owned winery located in Rose Hill, NC, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Director to lead its marketing team and drive brand growth. In addition to developing innovative marketing plans, you ll oversee the company s marketing budget, manage external vendor relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize direct-to-consumer sales and drive e-commerce strategies. This role requires a balance of creative vision and hands-on strategic leadership, with some travel to immerse yourself in the winery s culture and locations as you help shape its future growth.
