RequirementsWe are looking for a Lead Carpenter with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.Specific qualifications for the role include: Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred 15+ years of previous experience Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing Reading blueprints Must have full Remodeling experience Comfortable with a pre-employment drug screening (Note: Cannabis is not a disqualifier) BenefitsTake control of your schedule, your earnings and your career!
