Kelly Services is currently seeking for Mechanic Operators in the east area.
Job summary:
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor and in compliance with QSR and safety requirements performs necessary setups, repairs, preventive maintenance & operate manufacturing assigned equipment.
Performs electrical work in connection with the installation, maintenance, repair of electrical systems, equipment and appliances.
Main requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Mechanics or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in an automated industrial environment preferred.
- Strong electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Basic or advanced computer management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills.
- Requires initiative, creativity, assertiveness and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must be able to work under pressure achieving consistently high results through individual and team efforts.
- Able to work all shifts, including weekends.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
Physical demands
Associate is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch and kneel.
Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Regularly works with hand tools.
May occasionally climb ladders.
Associate is occasionally required to work with Tool & Die Making equipment.
Associate is regularly required to work with a computer terminal.
